A whole pig, family-style feast
We start your meal off right - with charcuterie for the table, accompanied by house-made mustard and pickled veggies.
Then comes the Whisky Hill Farms pig. Raised right here in New York state, it's stuffed with pork sausage and spinach and served up with chef's selection of seasonal sides (including pickles, watercress coleslaw, pizokel, roasted veggies and potato rösti).
Add unlimited, seasonal draft beer for the table - $22 per person.
Hosting a celebration? Have our pastry chef create a custom cake - $11 per person.

Pigs are limited to two per night and a five day advanced reservation is required.
