Pig Dinner

A whole pig, family-style feast

THE MEAL
We start your meal off right - with charcuterie for the table, accompanied by house-made mustard and pickled veggies.

Then comes the Whisky Hill Farms pig. Raised right here in New York state, it's stuffed with pork sausage and spinach and served up with chef's selection of seasonal sides (including pickles, watercress coleslaw, pizokel, roasted veggies and potato rösti.)

To top it all off, the meal will finish with your choice of a seasonal pie or tart from our Pastry Chef, or a custom Celebratory Cake.

THE EXTRAS 
Add unlimited, seasonal draft beer for the table - $22 per person.

Pigs are limited to two per night and a five day advanced reservation is required.

This holiday season, we're once again offering an over the top version of our legendary Whole Pig Dinner.

Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and starters followed by our Whisky Hill Farms pig and assorted seasonal sides, all served with special selections from our wine cave and capped off with a sweet finish - desserts from our Pastry Chef and a Champagne toast.
